Using the site
You can use ATS CV Builder to build, preview, and export resumes for yourself or others. Use the templates as starting points for your own documents. Share your finished resume wherever you need to. No signup required.
What you can't do
You agree not to use the site to create resumes containing false information intended to defraud an employer, scrape or redistribute our templates as your own product, or interfere with the site's operation.
No accounts, no warranties
We don't operate user accounts, so there's nothing to suspend. We try to keep the site running smoothly but offer it as is without warranties of fitness for any particular purpose. If you depend on the site for something critical, keep backups of your exported resume.
Intellectual property
The ATS CV Builder name, logo, and site design are ours. Templates are licensed for you to use in producing your own resumes. You cannot resell templates as products or repackage them as a competing resume builder. Content you create with the builder — your resume, your photos, your work history — belongs entirely to you.
Third-party content
The blog may link to third-party sites. We do not control those and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the site is operated. Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your own jurisdiction.
